This sales position will be responsible for building productive relationships to consult on new business opportunities. You will present a unique bundled product approach providing user friendly and flexible solutions to prospective clients. You must posses a willingness to learn a prescriptive sales approach to the market complemented with high intensity, yet basic, sales techniques.
Sales representative focuses on the small business market segment.
Achieve sales totaling 1,000 to 1,500 members per calendar year.
Assist in responding to Request for Proposals.
Attains regional and health plan goals related to specific targeted healthcare products.
Contributes to the achievement of the corporate financial goals through selling new business, Implementation of new plans to ensure growth targets are achieved.
Easily identifies reason for problems and can find effective solutions.
Identifies potential healthcare business customers.
Produces sales that result in profitable premium levels for the company.
