Presidential Debate News: Thing in Florida Presumed Boring

The third and final presidential debate will occur this evening at nine p.m. in Boca Raton, Florida. Or, according to Boca?s thriving senior population, the third and final presidential debate will occur today in the middle of the goddamn night, for some reason, even though some people can?t stay up late like they used to. Huh? Obama? What are you going to do about that? Morty Ambramoff forwarded an e-mail from his grandson, the gay doctor, on just this topic. Israel.

The topic of tonight?s discussion: foreign policy, the fourth-most popular policy after ?domestic,? ?ladies enter free before midnight,? and ?five-second.? And just how little do Americans care to hear their leaders discuss foreign policy? The New York Times reports: ?In recent polls of three battleground states, Colorado, Virginia and Wisconsin, fewer than 10 percent of voters in each state said national security was the most important issue to them, ranking below the economy, deficit, and health care.? On the other hand, the most amusing moment of the prior debates was, tangentially, related to Libya. Perhaps tonight?s stumbles will prove equally watchable? Join us live on Twitter (@VanityFair) beginning in the middle of the goddamn night as we publicly hope so.
